Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Betaj Collection, your satisfaction matters. Because we craft our embroidered suits and trousers in our own factory, we stand behind the quality of every piece. Here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Open Parcel Policy — Check Before You Pay
For Cash on Delivery orders, you're welcome to open and inspect your parcel before making payment. If something isn't right, you simply don't have to accept it — there's no risk to you.

7-Day Easy Exchange
Would you like a different size or design? You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Simply message us on WhatsApp at +92 308 5551113 with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return address once your request is approved. (Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement or exchange — at no extra cost.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days:
- Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or your preferred mobile wallet (Easypaisa / JazzCash), or as store credit / exchange — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless they arrived damaged or defective)
